A fly that has been in the Communist ointment 102 times is the "Blue-tail Fly," B-29 "Superfort" of the U.S. Far East Air Forces Okinawa-based 19th Bomb Group. M/Sgt. Constantine Profers, crew chief, gives the blue tailer a pat on the back after he gets a lift from fellow maintenance crewmen. The pat on the back, however, rightfully belongs to the crew members themselves, who are responsible for the Superfort's impressive combat record. April 1951
