Loaded with 6,000 pounds of high explosive bombs, these U.S. Air Force B-26 "Marauder" of the 17th Bomb Wing in Korea are lined up on a forward airstrip awaiting darkness which will bring take off time for another bombing mission against enemy military targets in North Korea. The twin-engine light bombers nightly fly missions over North Korea, blasting marshalling yards, supply vehicles and other objectives, and providing close support for UN ground forces on the battlefront. June 1953
